Since 1982, Suncoast Concrete has been helping people across Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Okaloosa counties get the materials, concrete work, and trucking support they need.
We’re a family-owned dirt supplier and concrete contractor, and that matters more than people think.
It means we’ve been around long enough to know what works, what causes delays, and what usually turns a simple job into a mess. It also means we still care about doing things properly. When someone calls us for gravel, sand, soil, concrete work, dump truck leasing, or tree debris dumping, they’re not getting passed around to people who barely know the job. They’re dealing with a company that has been in this space for decades and understands how to keep things moving.
A lot has changed since 1982, but the main thing hasn’t.

What We Do
Suncoast Concrete handles a pretty wide range of work, but it all stays under the same umbrella: helping residential customers, commercial clients, and contractors get the materials and services they need for real jobs on real timelines.
We supply and deliver a wide selection of materials, including gravel, sand, dirt, top soil, crushed concrete, asphalt milling, limestone gravel, rip rap, and base materials. If you’d rather pick materials up yourself, you can do that too at our dirt pit in East Milton.
We also provide commercial and residential concrete services. That includes jobs like foundations, driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other place-and-finish concrete work. Some projects need a clean new pour from the start. Others need demo first, then the new concrete done right. Either way, we handle both sides of it.
For contractors, we also offer dump truck leasing services. That gives crews a practical option when they need hauling support without adding more hassle to the project.
And for tree companies, contractors, and property owners who need somewhere to take tree debris, we offer tree debris dumping services at our dirt pit as well.
